quiltDonalyn

qD  or quiltDonalyn is 58 years young this December!  She loves to quilt, sew, cross stitch, golf and chat (and not necessarily in that order!)
qD will have been married for 28 years this coming May to John, her soul mate.

qD has one step daughter,  Jennifer,  who has just turned 39.  qD's life is filled with special young people.  Jennifer has given her three natural granddaughters, Rachael (12), Lauren (10) and LisaLyn(4), and is married to a John too who has two children from his first marriage.  So qD has two more grandchildren Jennifer (11) and Kevin(8).   John's first wife passed away with melanoma cancer just 2 months after Kevin was born.
Her stepson Jeffrey passed away in July 2003, but he left us with two natural grandsons Benjamin(6) and Nathan(22 months) and his step-daughter Jordyn(13) along with his wife Debbie.

qD belongs to three quilt guilds besides RPLTON.......

  The Enfield Quilters, 

Greater Hartford Quilt Guild and 

St. Andrews Bay Quilters

 all benefit from qD's stitchin' fingers!
