qD and Smoky in Smoky's home away from home - Earthly Goods!

Looks like Smoky's trying to twist qD's arm to stay longer!!!  

Our visit was way too short - but it was wonderful!  Fortunately for qD and I, our DH's had enough in common we could wander off and leave them to head out to a VW "air riders" show.  John, meeting you was like meeting an old friend! Meeting qD was like continuing a conversation we'd had in the chat room!!!

After brunch at our place, qD and I headed off to my favourite haunt, spent far too much more money (grin) and then I gave qD the tour of the city.  We had such beautiful weather and it was so neat to be able to just visit!!  The four of us went out for dinner afterwards - and then we had to say our "good bye's".

They are adventuresome - those two.... they even had Buffalo Burgers for dinner!!

Thank you qD for making your holiday include Edmonton!  I trust the rest of your vacation went well - I'll hear shortly I'm sure.  It was a treasure of a visit!  We will meet again I know!
