Time is 8:00A.M. CENTRAL STANDARD time until 11:00 A.M. central standard time and then again at night 7:30 P.M. Central Standard time until ???

The theme of the party this month is:

Autumn, FALL, Colors!!

The theme is anything to do with Fall, leaves, color changing, different holidays in the fall. Anyone wishing to donate door prizes for the party please either contact Needles or qD with a list of what you have and they in return will let you know who to send the prizes to.

Hot AUGUST NIGHT:

August 20th we had a party in chat, our morning group winners were Lostberrypicker/MI and Lulu/Ont and our newest member Mandylifeboat/MA.

The evening session was a stitch and lots of fun, the winners for the evening were, Lostberrypicker/MI twice, Lulu/ONT twice, Needles/OK twice .

We had fun chatting, passing out chocolate food and ice tea, as well as other libations and formed new friendships with the new girls from HGTV.

I want to thank Glenda/AZ and Polly/TX and QuiltDonalyn/CT for donating the door prizes.

Why do we only have parties for each other when one of us gets married, pregnant, has a birthday, or retires? What would most of us do without our sisters, confidants, and shopping, lunching and traveling girlfriends? Let's celebrate each other for each other's sake! Pass this on to your girlfriends! If you get this twice or more, you are lucky to have more than one girlfriend. Be happy!

Someone will always be prettier. They will always be smarter. Their house will be bigger. They will drive a better car. Their children will do better in school. And their husband will fix more things around the house.

So let it go, and love you and your circumstances. Think about it. The prettiest woman in the world can have hell in her heart. And the most highly favored woman on your job may be unable to have children. And the richest woman you know, she's got the car, the house, the clothes....might be lonely.

And the word says if "I have not Love, I am nothing." So, again, love you. Love who you are. Look in the mirror in the morning and smile and say "I am too blessed to be stressed and too anointed to be disappointed!"
