A note from October's Editor

THANK YOU PENNY !!!
As I started to link through all the pages from the R.P.L.O.T.N. Newsletter, and download and save all the pages that Penny has in the current newsletter...I noted over 20 different pages or sections to the newsletter! WOW!  Not every pages requires attention every month, but still..... a lot of them are updated regularly!

INCREDIBLY BIG APPRECIATION to Penny!!

Because I do have a computer background (ok, I'm a computer systems analyst) and with my love of artwork and design, I offered to do this particular newsletter for October.  My "hat is in the ring" for the next election - but, please, do not assume that I have assumed the position as Editor.  There are a LOT of great ideas out there - and a whole lotta talented people who belong to R.P.L.O.T.N.  If you are interested - please feel free to take it on!  If you are interested in helping - that will work too...help is always appreciated!

So - I present to you the October newsletter, along with a glimpse of who I am.
