Special R.P.L.T.O.N. People

What some of our members are up to!!!

This was taken on the way to Parowan for coffee.  We (Sharon and friend) rode for several hours, stopping here and there.  There were a lot of bikers out because it was a beautiful day.  We stop often in little towns and walk around for a bit and stretch our legs.  The temp was around 78ºF.  Wonderful scenery.

Hugs...Sharon

Last month, Sharon honored her mother in a wonderful story we had in the newsletter.... this month, Sharon says: "Not so wholesome looking with my biker gear on!!! I love to ride and witness the beauty of the mountains and canyons."

MC and her sisters in May - just after her mom's funeral.  MC says she's the one who is all grey!

Annie's thoughts as Father's Day approaches......

My thanks goes to my Father, Otis, who gave me the spirit to continue on and strive for perfection in my artistic endeavors.
To appreciate music, and to be happy with life, no matter what it gives you and always try to find better ways to do things. He taught me to look at things with the best eye, and close the bad one to see everything in reality form. He had patience and loved detail as I do. My Dad taught me to do the best I could, even if it takes doing it twice to get it done the way you want it. In memory of my Dad, Otis Graves October 21, 1917 to Sept. 10 2004.
Fondly remembering "Otie", on this Father's Day, 2005, my Dad with eyes that matched mine.... Annie-TX

Smoky's dad has graced a travel brochure for travel in northern Saskatchewan....

... a fellow canoeist took this photo of dad as he contemplated the day's events by the fire side.  It is my favorite photo of him.

With 3 daughters coming to visit, "gramps" needed a little help with the smile!  We never really do leave home do we?
