Well we had a wonderful Revealing Christmas Party in Chat on Dec 16th. A total of 20
people stayed most of the evening.

Oh I was also at the party.
We shared our revelations of Secret Santa's, some of those not able to attend were Daschie/TX, Spacer/OR, QC/KS and
Virgie/TN.
We had a total of 12 people I believe doing Secret Santa Christmas Ornaments.
Cyn/CT sent to Spacer/OR and Spacer/OR sent to Daschie/TX
Daschie/TX sent to Cyn/CT,
Auntie EM/Ellie/CT sent to QC/KS and QC/KS sent to Auntie EM/Ellie/CT,
Hiload/CA sent to me (QD) and PjDon sent to Hiload/CA
QD to lostberrypicker/MI and lostberrypicker/MI to Virgie/TN
Needles/OK sent to Laurie/NY and Laurie/NY sent to Needles/OK,
Claudia/ND to Pjon/PA and Virgie/TN to Claudia/ND

We also revealed at the party who are Secret Sewing Sisters for 2006 were.
A list will be published by butterflyBrenda, but my SSS who sent to me was lostberrypicker/MI. Here are the photos of what she sent to me.
And guess what? I was her sent to SSS also. But like a fool I forgot to photograph her wall hanging called Nose to Nose designed by McKenna Ryan. Lost said she would post next month after her trip to WDW. And she would also post the photo of the Secret Santa Ornament which was a garland of velvet ribbon and bows with 12 Embroider Christmas Ornaments.
We sure did laugh, enjoyed all the cyber food and had a wonderful time. So please sign up for the swaps, exchanges, and being a Secret Sister for 2007, I have matched most people but do need a few more to match.

PARTIES.... Why
do we only have parties for each other when one of us gets married, pregnant, has a
birthday, or retires? What would most of us do without our sisters,
confidants, and shopping, lunching and traveling girlfriends? Let's celebrate
each other for each other's sake! Pass this on to your girlfriends! If you get this
twice or more, you are lucky to have more than one girlfriend. Be happy! Someone
will always be prettier. They will always be smarter. Their house will be bigger.
They will drive a better car. Their children will do better in school. And their
husband will fix more things around the house. So
let it go, and love you and your circumstances. Think about it. The prettiest
woman in the world can have hell in her heart. And the most highly favored woman
on your job may be unable to have children. And the richest woman you know, she's
got the car, the house, the clothes....might be lonely. And
the word says if "I have not Love, I am nothing." So, again, love you.
Love who you are. Look in the mirror in the morning and smile and say "I am
too blessed to be stressed and too anointed to be disappointed!" "Winners make things happen. Losers let things happen." Be Blessed ladies and pass this on to encourage another woman. "To the world you might be one person, but to one person you just might be the world". |
