                         President's Message 
Hello all RPLOTN members.
     Another SPRING is fast approaching !  Can't believe we set our clocks ahead already...guess they moved that up a couple weeks.  And I am ready for spring.
     While I was in the hospital a couple weeks ago I had some time to think about some things.....and I know that I have to make some changes in my lifestyle..... eating habits and exercising.... I need to make these changes if I plan to make it to 100 years of age.....so I can finish all my quilts !!!   I wonder if I can learn to walk and sew at the same time ???.....I will master that before I start cutting with a rotary cutter and walking at the same time....
   Today I cleaned out the laundry room closet.....lots of junk in there!!   I got it done and it feels good.
That is my plans for the future... to spend time with family and friends, to sew....and to sort.  Spring is a good time to start on these new ventures.....and also a fun time to plan your sewing and the quilts you want to make.
   Today I made two of the blocks that Willo (Kasey) has chosen for her charity blocks.  It is a twisted 9 patch... I hope you will email her and sign up to make some for her charity quilts.  It is a fun block to make....and it makes up in a 12inch block. I am going to make some more!
   Smoky, thanks for the great job you do on the newsletter..... it means alot to all of us to have that newsletter each month.
   I hope to see you all at the General  Meeting on the
 20th , please bring along more ideas for our guild.
  I have about 10 gals signed up for this BINGO game  and we are having fun playing BINGO.
