Hopefully, the Winter Blahs are over.  We are supposed to be in the wonderful time of the year when daffodils and tulips emerge from the ground and blossom.

Spring brings hope for a new beginning. I hope Spring brings people together, meeting at retreats, quilt shows or just going to a quilt shop with friends.

Spring brings new ideas, makeovers in our homes, building new homes, planting seeds for future gardens, just like we do with fabric.  We take a few swatches here and there and place them together and all of a sudden an idea springs to mind.  Another quilt, maybe? A nice vest or just placemats or curtains for our makeovers.

Being with a group of ladies from around the world has been a blessing for me.  Support from everyone, new members joining, oldies returning -this is what we are all about.  Springing to help make a quilt for those in need.  Joining in the challenges, swaps, and lotto blocks.  Buying tickets for the Opportunity Quilt.

Friendship is one the most important parts, meeting members throughout our travels, but we can improve on this by springing into action.  If we all spring together, we can make this guild the best online quilt guild there is.  We all need to Spring to Action.  We need to work together, make those Lotto Blocks, and send Orphan Blocks to our Antlers.  They need blocks; you might be one of the recipients of a need someday.
