Memories....

GaQuiltR (Terry) looks back...

I think I was in group 3.   The names look familiar & I think I mailed to Susan Moses-Janvic.   If this was Janie/Alaska's RR, I was in it.

I remember working on one with a killer whale & big fuscia star ... and seems like I got mine back WAY late ... but I'll continue to look for my journal & let you know.

I have it labeled on the back, RR Dec 1997-Nov 1999.  As I told you, I got mine back WAAAY late, but I did finally get it.  The ones I specifically remember in Group 3 are Jan Bernal, MaryBeth Hallahan, Marla Jacobson, Lili Bower, Susan Moses-Janvic.

Either I sent to Susan or she sent to me, I think.  I'll write to MaryBeth
& see if she still has her list.  Drat! like I said, I just threw mine
out this year.  I only cleaned out that folder & threw away the list a few months ago.  Never figured I'd need it again ...

[MARCH UPDATE!!]

Guess what??!!  I found my paperwork on that round robin!  I had consolidated some of the old stuff into one folder.

I should have known, I never throw anything away!  I'll give you the list, of who worked on my quilt & what the required border was:
Mailed my center to Patti Martin, Enola PA - border - Quilter's choice

[it then went on to:]
2  Jan Bernal, Anaheim CA - set on point
3 Virginia Cole, Cashmere WA - paper piecing
4 Mary Beth Hallahan, Belleville ONT (at the time) - Log Cabin
5 Faith Mcleod, Delta BC Canada - triangles
6 Anne Robinson, Southern Pines NC - applique
7 Marla Jacobson, Longville MN - watercolor
8 Lorna Cordrey, Newport Bch, CA - quilter's choice in solid fabric
9 Charmaine Smith, Upland CA - curves
10 Lili Blower, Ukiah CA - stars
11 Susan Moses-Jonvik, Maple Ridge BC Canada - quilter's choice

In our boxes we sent our center, extra fabric, a journal, rap sheet, camera, photo, label, gifts.  I got mine back a year late, but I was very happy with it.
Hugs, Terry
