The Bell Center for early intervention programs.

The Bell Center is a location that the three snowmen quilts went to.  The friend of qD's husband, Ronald Barze lost his granddaughter age 3yrs March 19th (2004).  He was visiting qD's for a few days, so she gave him the quilts to take to the center.
